Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Yes, research consistently shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many mental health conditions. It offers the same level of care with added convenience and comfort from your own home.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. This means we do not bill insurance directly, but we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits.
How do I know if I need therapy?
If you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling to cope with daily life, experiencing persistent sadness or anxiety, or if your relationships are suffering, therapy can be a valuable tool. There is no issue too small to explore in therapy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
